Lobbying & Advocacy: We undertake activities to increase awareness of and funding for direct civil legal services. We currently engage a lobbying representative in Albany to assist in building our case for more state funding. We operate a communications program consisting of a website and email messaging.

Training: We cooperate in arranging a consolidated training schedule from our member organizations, and we have pre-defined procedures for enrolling in training courses.

Technical Assistance: We cooperate in assisting other members with issues of organizational management such as fundraising, HR and IT, as well as issues related to delivery of legal services.
